  An unintended visit was a great end of day after an all of family outing. Less than an hour from closing time we were welcomed, not rushed, and able to take time to order meals and drinks. We stayed for nearly two hours. Set in an old house the cafe provides differing ambience and experiences in each room. Family members ate cooked meals which they all enjoyed, but my choice of Devon Tea with clotted cream and home made strawberry jam was a top choice. They also sell a delicious range of "home stirred" jams. Probably the friendliest cafe I have visited on Mount Dandenong.

  Beautiful venue and atmosphere, very flexible with dietary requirements and very friendly staff. All I could offer as constructive criticism would be that the staff need to be better trained on the the dishes and drinks... A lot of back and forth "I'll go check".

  The service and food here is amazing as is the cafe itself. The place is clean has a very homely feel would recommend walking around the house. The homemade jams are delicious well deserving of their awards. Would also definitely recommend the tea selection!
